Single room in 6 bed house

Looking for a student to take my place in the house, lovely understanding group of individuals.

There is an option for no deposit as it would be payed to me but I am willing for it to just be transferred over in writing without any payment

The room has a built in wardrobe with 5 shelves and an area to hang clothes.
An additional cupboard under the stairs where the electric meter is located as well as the fuse box but can also be used for storage.
There is a bed with 2 drawers.
The room has 4 plug sockets.
The room is on the ground floor of the house as well as the living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, the front of the house has one step down to the garden and one step up to the house making it slightly easier if you have mobility issues (this is why it was my room).
1 bathroom with shower over bath, sink and toilet,
1 bathroom with shower over bath and sink,
1 bathroom with sink and toilet.
Kitchen has oven with hob, 2 fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and several storage cupboards and drawers.
