The Beach Hut - Brand New Studio Apartment

~ The Beach Hut ~ is a unique self contained studio apartment currently in renovation and will be finished by 20th August. I view to rent it from 1st September and can arrange viewings from 15th August - so please bear with me if I do not reply until then.

It would suit a student at the UCA or a professional working person, it would not be suitable for a couple though. There are a number of students living on the road already and the walk into Farnham is straightforward as is the walk to the train station.

The area is safe, beautiful and has a great community feel with shops, cafes, pubs and parks a short distance away.

There is room for a small car and the studio apartment is newly renovated with brand new furniture and appliances. Kitchen appliances include a hob, air fryer, microwave, a fridge freezer, washing machine & hoover.
Although we do not allow the person renting to have pets, we do have a friendly cat who might visit or if you do not want a visit then do not encourage him.

I live in the joined house with my teenage children and I am a working creative design professional and college lecturer in creative media. I have hosted many students and I'm very happy to help those who are new to the area to find their feet be that if you are a student or a relocating professional.

The price includes bills, however if a working professional takes the apartment there will be an additional fee of £90 per month for council tax, this is exempt and not necessary for a student if they get the exemption certificate from their uni or college.
