two uca students are desperately in need of a flatmate! we are two third year games art students who are looking for someone to replace our friend who will be moving out soon.
this is a lovely 3 bedroom flat in the chantrys (only a 10 min walk from uni). we are on the top floor and have a nice balcony to enjoy!
we are a trans and neurodivergent friendly flat! fellow trans/neurodivergent flatmates are greatly preferred but not a requirement. all we ask is that you are clean, tidy and kind! :)
please be aware that a UK guarantor is required for this property and your room is only part-furnished. you will most likely need to get a bedframe/bed yourself but there are plenty of good places to look for furniture (i got my bedframe off freecycle) !!
