Hi, I have a large double bedroom for one person available in a spacious and clean 4 bed house (all bills included).

30 minute walk to UCA and Farnham town centre (2-3 minutes by bus).
40 minute walk to Farnham train station.
7 minute walk to Tesco Express supermarket.
5 minute walk to Farnham Park Nature Reserve.
Kitchen, dining and study room (A desk is also in the double bedroom).
