The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing table and a chair. Three rooms share 2 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and 1 is a wet room on the ground floor. You are also welcome to share the kitchen, sitting room, dining room, conservatory, laundry room and garden of this light, comfortable home. The house is a 30 minute walk from the station and the centre of Farnham, a 15 minute walk from Tesco Express or Co-op as well as the Ridgeway butchers, bakers etc and a 10 minute walk to the Bat and Ball pub and Weydon School. There is off street parking for 4 cars.
