We are a professional couple aged 45-50 renting two of our ensuite bedrooms in our house in Fernhurst.
The room available comes with double wardrobe and bed.
We have one female tenant already, in her 40's, and are looking for another female tenant as we feel this would fit better with our household.
The tenants have their own kitchen and living room separate from our area of the house. We have an outdoor area and garden also that you are welcome to share with us.
We do have a home gym you are welcome to use when we are not using it.
The house vibe is very relaxed - the only think we ask is to keep to clean and tidy as we currently do so we are all aligned.
There is room for parking on the gated driveway and you will have a space.
Unfortunately we cant take pets as we have tried this before and it didn't work out so well for my dog and cat who live here already! So sorry as I love animals but it just hasn't worked for us before.
