I am looking for a new lodger, after my previous lodger moved out, having lived with me for eight years (She is happy to give a reference). The one bedroom is recently decorated and includes a double bed. The flat also includes a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Other facilities include Sky broadband, a washing machine, a TV in the living room, a gas oven, plenty of storage and a shower/bath. It includes a parking space right outside the house. You will need to provide your own bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Frimley Park Hospital and Frimley town centre and railway station. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, friendly and reliable. Bills included as well as Council Tax. No working from home .
nobody who works shifts at night. and will be sleeping during the day at the house.
