I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Horley, it is a ground floor flat, 2 bedrooms, £1600 that I split evenly with my roommate. I am moving to London for work, but she is staying on as she works in Gatwick. The current tenancy is till November, however with the new laws, the agency are willing to renew the tenancy once I have found someone since it is a joint tenancy. Pictures will be uploaded within the week, as soon as I have the time to go back to the flat and if you are interested my roommate and I would like to meet before agreements are made.
