I'm looking for a friendly, respectful professional to share my beautifully refurbished two-bedroom home in Godalming.

The bedroom comfortably accommodates a double bed and has been thoughtfully designed with built-in wardrobes, drawers and under-bed storage to maximise the space.

The house was fully refurbished in 2020 and is modern, bright and finished to a high standard throughout.

-Two toilets (one separate WC and one bathroom with bath and shower)

-Around a 10-minute walk to Godalming station with direct trains to London Waterloo and Portsmouth.
-Around a 15-minute stroll into the High Street with excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants.
-Fantastic location for exploring the Surrey Hills.

About me:
-I'm in my 30s and work from home a few days a week.
-I occasionally I have clients visit the house during the day, so I'm looking for someone who also takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean, tidy and presentable.

Outside of work I love travelling, discovering great food and keeping active. I'm sociable but I also value having our own space and independence.

I also regularly dog sit for friends, so being a genuine dog lover is essential! If you have a well-behaved dog of your own, I'd be happy to consider that too.
