I have 1 room to let out, The rent is low to pay the Utilita bills only. The single/double room has complete fitted wardrobes-a new single bed that transforms into a super king bed. It cost £2000. That room comes with a 30inch smart T V with the best broadband money can buy.
All new bedding-safes-large coolers to keep your drinks cold.
The heating is on 24hrs, you control your temperature in the room. Both rooms have door locks. Your welcome to have anyone stay over.
The main bathroom has a power shower Another shower in the gym.
There is a utility with the state of the art laundry, wash and wear your cloths in less then 3 hours. there is a large fridge freezer and cupboards just for your use.
There is a cloakroom and a back door leading to the garden.
Also a door leading into a fully equipped gym with air con-sound system-32inch TV and small bar-and a corner shower unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything including free coffee, milk. etc-this leads into the dining room with a large fish aquarium-this has french doors leading out to a water garden. Your welcome to use the lounge. I and the lady next door have our dinner in there. I use my study. I have friends and family around occasionally. Your welcome to do the same, just fit in, it will be your home too!! I still work every day and go away a lot to play golf some times for a week or a month or more, that leaves you sharing the house with Maggie and Rose I have references from some of the other girls that have stayed here. I am very laid back.
The girls would like to share with someone of a similar age. The main line station is a 10 min walk. Bus stop 5 mins. Off street parking. Quiet neighbourhood. Eli is the girl that just left, been here 33 months.
