A furnished room with a shared bathroom available in professional couple’s home for a single professional person/hardworking student in Godalming. Rent includes all utility bills, council tax (Band E) and a good broadband connection (but not a landline telephone). Single non-smoker only. This room is ideal for a country lover as it has beautiful views, a large garden, and is two minutes’ walk from the River Wey. The rugby club and Farncombe Leisure Centre are also nearby. It is a 20-minute walk through Broadwater Park to Farncombe railway station. The lodger must be an animal lover – we have a small dog and a cat. Please note that provision of a CV with a current address and employment details is ESSENTIAL before viewing. It is possible to rent this room on a short week basis (eg Mon to Thurs).
