This self -contained bed- sit is on the first floor in a private house. I am the owner a retired nurse & live on the ground floor in a self contained flat.
A couple live on the second floor in a self -contained apartment. They both work away from home & are quiet & respectful.

The house is mid terrace in a quiet safe gated community. There is ample off road parking & space to keep a bike. The bus stop & medical centre are very close by.
Farncombe station & Godalming town are 10 -15 m, inutes walk away.

The back garden leads down to the river, where you can sit. The Lammas lands & canal tow path are ideal for walking / jogging/paddleboarding.

The Kitchen , shower room, mattress, hard flooring & doors are all new. The room is cosy with double glazed windows & radiators. It has just been redecorated. There is plenty of natural light & ample storage. It overlooks the back garden.

There are no pets in the house & the neighbours are quiet & friendly.
Use of washing machine included. A heated laundry airer , kitchen utensils & bedding are included if required.
