I'm looking for a friendly, respectful professional to share my two-bedroom home in Godalming.

The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and its own private balcony.

The house:
-Modern kitchen / lounge
-Some additional storage available in the bike shed
-Second balcony off lounge
-Parking available in visitor bay of private road
-Fast internet
-Modern bathroom

Fantastic location:
-Around a 20-minute walk to either Godalming or Farncombe station with direct trains to London Waterloo and Portsmouth.
-Around a 5-10-minute walk into the High Street with various cafés, pubs and restaurants.
-Right adjacent to river wey and accessible private bank (great for picnics, dips and bbqs!)
-Great location for exploring the Surrey Hills.

About me:
I'm in my 30s, and a 6th form teacher in a local college.
Outside of work I love travelling (I have converted my own campervan) cooking, running from time to time, hiking, all things art, church, and lots of music. I have a piano and guitar in the house which you're welcome to use!

I don't have a pet, but would possibly consider a well behaved dog or cat :) Just bearing in mind it's a second floor flat (lift available).

I'm off on holiday from the 16th July - 4th August, so would love to do viewings this week or next week if there's any interest, if not, it'll have to be when I get back.
