You’ll have shared access to a light-filled open-plan kitchen and living room, plus a balcony, with dedicated kitchen and fridge/freezer space. The flat is on the second floor with lift access.

Train station: 10-min walk to Godalming (40–60 mins direct to Waterloo, 5–7 mins to Guildford).

Bus stop: Direct routes to Guildford outside the building (~25 mins to town centre).

Amenities: 2-min walk to supermarkets & River Wey paths; 5-min walk to town centre; 10-min walk to countryside/parkland.

Parking: Single space on-site currently used by me, but open to negotiation if needed.
