Currently occupied by me, my seven-year-old son at weekends, and my beautiful Carpathian Shepherd dog. 🐶

The spare room is on the second floor and is the only bedroom on that floor, offering plenty of privacy. Please note that there are stairs, so it wouldn’t be suitable for someone who struggles with them.

I work full-time and am generally out of the house from 7am–6pm Monday to Friday and most weekends, so I’m mainly around in the evenings.

I also have a reference from my previous lodger, who lived with me for over a year, which I’m happy to provide to prospective lodgers.
