Looking for a like-minded housemate

I’m 28 and have recently moved into the house, and I’m looking for someone similar-minded to come and share it with me.

The house has a big kitchen/dining area, which is probably where I’ll spend most of my time, as well as a separate living room.

The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but I’m pretty flexible with this and happy to furnish it around what the new tenant needs. I’ve already bought the mattress, so we can work out the rest from there.

There’s also a loft conversion which I’m currently turning into a home office, and an outhouse in the garden which can be used for storage.

I’m ideally looking for someone who wants to stay for a while and is looking for more of a friendly house share rather than just somewhere to rent a room. It’d be nice to have someone who’s sociable and up for the occasional drink, cooking dinner, watching something together etc., but obviously having our own space as well.
