Large modern room available Mon -Fri ( 4 nights ), in quiet cul de sac in Great Bookham , perfect home from home for a professional person working in the local area during the week.
Large living room / bedroom with comfortable chair , dining table , TV , Wardrobe and double bed.

1 months Deposit and 1 month rent in advance
Employers reference required including confirmation of salary to confirm affordability.

No smoking or vaping

This is part of a quiet , non smoking home so we want someone who will be respectful ( clean , tidy etc). We have 2 adult children who visit occasionally and a dog ( not allowed in the room area .
Great transport links : Access to M25 10mins drive . Trains to London via Leatherhead Station ( 10 mins drive ) or Effingham Junction ( 15 mins drive) .
