During school term dates, the property would be almost exclusively to yourself but is unavailable from 14th December to 4th January, 20th March to 7th April and July and August. There would be no rent due during these times and storage space may be available to assist with inconvenience.

Unavailability dates may be adjusted during subsequent terms.

The property is well situated within walking distance of the village and train station and has quick access to the M25 and A3.

The Surrey Hills and Norbury Park are a short walk away.
