It has convenient access to the A3 (north & south bound) & M25, whilst also being just a few steps away from bus stop/s that has routes into the town centre and train station, and to Surrey University and Royal Surrey Hospital.
The property is a short walk to a variety of local shops, cafe, Tesco Express and Nuffield Health Gym, whilst being surrounded by beautiful kept green spaces within QEP and areas like Whitmoor Common & Britten's Pond.
