I have a double room available, with communal living space/kitchen/diner & also bathroom. It is available to a non-smoking person for £800pcm* incl. all bills, broadband, a weekly cleaner and no further hidden extras!

* The price could in fact be cheaper!!! I have priced high at £800pcm (with all bills included) because I have factored in that prices are due to increase for gas/electricity this month. After 1-2 months I will assess and it could be £50-100pcm cheaper! :)

Located in Queen Elizabeth Park, Guildford, just under 2 miles from the town centre and mainline train station. It has great access to A3 (north & south bound) and is also on a major bus route into town, Surrey University and Royal Surrey Hospital. Located in a private close and estate of Queen Elizabeth Park, the property sits just a short walk to local shops, Tesco Express, Nuffield Health Gym and beautiful green spaces like Whitmoor Common & Britten's Pond.

The property is a new build with communal secure entrance, and also benefits from a telephone door entry system.
