Beautiful, light and spacious double room available in easy walking distance from Guildford town centre (5mins walk to the High street & under 10 mins walk to the Guildford train station). The house is in a pleasant area and is only 5mins walk from a lovely river walk and access to surrounding countryside such as Chantry woods.

Rent is £551 pcm plus bills which currently come to £181.19 extra per month. This includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV and WiFi. The deposit is £533.50.

The room is on the second floor with very large with windows on either side, providing natural light throughout the day. The front window looks out over a large grassy courtyard and flower borders (which are maintained by a gardener at no extra charge to us) and the back faces out over our private patio/garden. The room has a large built in wardrobe. The current occupant will be leaving behind her bed, bedside table and full length mirror for the next ocupant. Otherwise the room is unfurnished.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and second toilet. Alongside the communal front garden and lawn we also have our own private back garden/patio and picnic bench (where we can eat outside in the Summer).

We are a friendly household of 3 women who are all professionals, working in a mixture of education and children's services. We are considerate and respectful and enjoy both our independence and spending time together. We all do our own cooking etc but like to get together for a meal, a film night in and the occasional house night out for cocktails or dinner. We don't have any pets but our neighbour's cat likes to visit us :)
