Lock on bedroom door. 15 minute drive/bus to Guildford town. Shop 5 mins away, bus stop 5 min away. Buses run very frequently. A3 less than 10 min away. Also 20 min to Woking.
A Starbucks. Subway. Spar Petrol/Shop 10 mins away. Less than 30 mins to University of Surrey, RSCH if driving and Guildford Business Park. Same for SPECTRUM Leisure Centre and Sainsbury's Burpham.. around 10/15mins drive Slyfied Iindustrial ESTATE 5/10 MINS AWAY ALONG THE WOKING ROAD.. with car service garages and DIY stores.10/ 15 mins drive to Ladymead for retail superstores. Available to use all the shared areas of house and garden, house cleaned weekly and 6/8weeks the windows are cleaned. Landlady lives out due to work, however her main address for post.. so visits regularly reason Lodger Agreement in place and she does the cleaning. No AGENTS. I can be contacted 24/7. Previous lodgers have stayed for 3 to 5 years!
