Double room in a 4 bedroom houseshare

Hi,

One of our lovely housemates is moving in with her boyfriend, so we have a spare double room for rent. For council tax reasons we are looking for professionals only. (p. s. pictures of the room coming soon!)

The house consists of a spacious and bright open plan kitchen/living area, 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom, additional toilet, utility room and a sizeable garden with decking (great for a bbq in the summer). Plenty of shops around, all walkable distance (Lidl is 10 mins away).

Current housemates:
Very sociable and like the occasional trip to the pub, but also love a chill night in.

Maddy, 26
Currently works as a scientist for the NHS, loves all things outdoors. Keen runner and a reader, who likes a pub trip.

Hannah, 24
A gym-rat from Somerset who likes the occasional cider. Has interest in contemporary dance and performing. Loves a beach trip.

Maja, 30
Born and raised in Slovenia, came over to the UK to pursue musical theatre. Loves going to gigs and keeping active. Other hobbies include cooking and baking.

Potential housemate:
We are looking for a like minded individual, who would be up for socialising with the rest of the house, but is also respectful of other people's space and keeps their home clean and tidy.

Rent is £655 per month. Council tax and bills are not included.
