Beautiful detached character house in GU1

We are a friendly family of mother and son (17). We are ideally looking for a female to join our happy home. We’re pretty quiet but always willing to chat or to help.

Our house, which is on a quiet, safe private road, has a large kitchen with lots of storage and 2 American-style fridges, a comfy living room, dining room, 3 bathrooms, a large garden and patio.

All bills are included.

I’ve had lodgers for the past 15 years and really enjoy their new energy into our household. I keep in touch with many of them after they leave. The lodger, who previously had this room, stayed happily for 3+ years.

We are a short distance to the Spectrum leisure centre, the countryside, London Rd train station, Stoke Park and Spectrum Leisure Centre is nearby and about a 15 minute walk to the town centre. Too far from the University, so not suitable for Surrey University students.
