We have a nice and bright double room for rent in our lovely home, we are looking for a quiet person to fit in, clean and respectful.
The house has been renovated to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom.

We are a professional couple leaving in the property, it’s not a party house and we love to relax after a hard day at work. We are really into our sports and eating well, we have the occasional glass of wine but not really drinkers.

We share the living room also so not just your room.
The house is 10min walk to Surrey Uni and Sports Park, Hospital and Tesco’s superstore is also around the corner. A3 2 min drive.
Train station 10 min by bus, town centre 15 min.
Bus stop right outside the property.

We have a massive garden and a bbq for summer days as we love the outdoors, so it’s always kept in tiptop condition also shared.
