Peaceful and private double bedroom in family household with bathroom opposite. Great desk space, big chest of drawers & a fitted wardrobe in your room. Shared lounge + TV for lodgers (you & one other) separate to our own family lounge. Private space in the garden to enjoy and Stoke Park immediately opposite house for leisure and relaxation. Easy walk into Guildford town centre (15mins) and bus stop outside door (5 mins into Guildford) and short walk to London Rd train station. Car parking space on driveway. Big family kitchen to share with own fridge (sole use 2 lodgers) & cupboard space. We are a friendly and polite couple who respect each others space and yet happy to have a chat over a coffee. Our kids have grown up now and only our youngest (age 21) at Uni and comes home during holidays.
We have one other long term female lodger who is professional and welcoming. Please get in touch if you are looking for a home away from home, with considerate housemates. Dog lovers welcome - we have a small friendly cockerpoo dog.
