I have a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in the heart of central Guildford, and the second bedroom is now available to rent on a short-term basis (with the possibility to extend).

The flat is ideally located at the top of Guildford High Street and benefits from excellent facilities, including access to a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym.

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, a large built-in wardrobe, and has exclusive use of its own bathroom. There is also plenty of space for a desk, making it suitable for someone who works or studies from home.

I work from home much of the time but lead an independent lifestyle. I'm looking for a respectful and considerate housemate who appreciates a calm, friendly and peaceful home environment.

I enjoy spending time in nature, meditation, and occasionally playing soft background music with a spa-like feel. I'm mostly vegetarian and value a mindful, environmentally conscious lifestyle, although I'm very open-minded and simply looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful and tidy.

One of the most remarkable things about this flat is how peaceful it feels — it's hard to believe such tranquillity exists just moments from Guildford High Street and all its amenities.
