We are looking to occupy our spacious double bed room located in Cabell road. Fully furnished and well maintained. All you need is just to move in. 450 /m + bills. We are very quiet housemate so rest assured you will have a peaceful tenancy. House is always clean and tidy. We are all professionals and works in the hospital. We share a big garden and well maintained, kitchen and dining. Parking is off road with plenty of spaces. Safe neighbor hood and the bus stop is just in front of the house which is very accessible.:-)
