I'm relocating from Guildford after accepting a new job in another city, so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the remaining months. The Guildford Plaza team have been very supportive and have approved advertising the studio to find a replacement tenant.
Tenancy Details
• Minimum stay: 8 months (remaining term of my agreement)
• Option to extend: Yes — the Guildford Plaza team are happy to facilitate a longer stay if desired
• Rent: £1299 per month (single occupancy )
• From 1 June 2026: Standard rent set by Guildford

• Deposit: No deposit required - first month's rent only.
• Council Tax: Payable by tenant
