Double room ( with king size bed can be removed for a smaller bed if you would like)

There is no wardrobe but there is space for a small one in the room ( current housemate has one that will take with them )

There is also space for a desk in the living room if need be.

Bed has two large drawers and the Room has large shelves across it too.

The house has a lot of storage (garage and parking ) as well as a private back garden.

It's a 15 min walk to the town centre, 25 min to Guildford station or a 7 Min bus from the front of the property to the town centre.

10 min walk to London road station as well.
Quiet residential area.

The Bills are not included but they generally come around 200 for council tax, WiFi, electric, water and gas.

As a flatmate I'm tidy but also at home only part of the week so you'll have the house to yourself quite often.
