Large Double Room Available – From 26th August

A spacious double room is becoming available in a friendly, sociable house from 26th August as I’m moving out.

The house has plenty of space both inside and out, including:

* Large private driveway with ample parking
* Well-maintained large garden with outdoor sofa seating area and pond
* Utility room
* Large conservatory
* Garage
* Shared kitchen, living and dining areas

You’ll be sharing with two professional engineers who are easy-going, social housemates. Outside of work, we enjoy cooking, heading to the pub, cycling, and spending time working on bikes and cars. The house has a relaxed atmosphere where everyone gets along well and is happy to socialise, while still respecting each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone who will be a good fit for the house and enjoys a friendly, welcoming environment.
