We are looking for someone to sublet our one-bedroom studio flat for one month only.

The flat is in the heart of Guildford town centre, next to Pizza Express and opposite KFC, with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and shopping centres all nearby. It is on the third floor, and the building has a reliable accessible lift.

The flat is currently unfurnished, but the current tenants can leave some items behind for you to use, including a mattress, study table, couch, and clothes rack. You are also welcome to take these items with you when you move out, or leave them behind.

The kitchen includes a hob, oven, toaster, and fridge freezer. Please note there is no microwave. There is also a washing machine with a drying function, which can partially dry clothes.

The location is very convenient for transport. It is around a 7-minute walk to London Road station and around an 8-minute walk to Guildford train station and Guildford bus station.

Nearby supermarkets include Co-op, around 3 minutes away, and Sainsbury’s, around 4 minutes away.

Bills: All bills included, including council tax

You do not need to worry about council tax or any other bills, as these will be handled by the current tenants.

The flat is suitable for a single person, a couple, or dual occupancy.

There is no dedicated parking, but there may be parking available behind Eastgate House or near the dental clinic. We are not sure whether charges apply.

There are no private outdoor spaces included with the flat.
