I’m a professional female, renting my spare room (I own the property) in the centre of Guildford. The house has recently been refurbished throughout, so the property is in great condition.
The house is in the conservation area of Charlotteville. It’s a cute little community with loads of history, an 8 minute walk to the high street, and a few minutes walk to Pewly Downs.
I have 2 cats. I’m friendly and sociable, and it would be lovely to find a flatmate that would be happy chat over a glass of wine, but I equally enjoy my own space.
