Newly renovated house near Guildford town centre (close to the college) which has parking and a garden. I am currently buying brand new furniture for each of the rooms.
I am renting out two double rooms, one is downstairs and the person staying here will have their exclusive use of the downstairs toilet and shower room.
The upstairs bedroom is slightly larger and will have access to the shared bathroom upstairs.
My bedroom is upstairs. I won't always be in the house but am sociable and keen to organise fun evenings out, including nice dinners and theatre trips to London.
