We are looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate student who would enjoy living in a relaxed, respectful and welcoming home.

We try to keep the house clean and comfortable for everyone, so household members are expected to:
🧹 Clean up after using the kitchen and bathroom
🗓️ Take part in a simple rotating cleaning rota
🔇 Keep noise low, especially after 10:00 pm
🏠 Keep shared areas tidy and free from personal clutter
💡 Use electricity, heating and water responsibly
🤝 Respect everyone’s privacy, study time and personal space

No smoking or vaping indoors.
No parties.
No pets, sorry.
Couples are not considered, sorry.
