This is to take over a lease with 6 months remaining. Guildford Plaza is highly sort after, and current have no flats available to rent.

I am currently in a 12 month contract, which I wish to break. I therefore seeking someone to take over my contract. This means that anyone taking over my contract will get their rent at the discounted rate. They should also be able to extent their contract past the 6 months, should they wish to.

Guildford Plaza has been an amazing place to live - I am only leaving as I am planning to move in with my partner instead.

Monthly cost is £1299 and includes rent, utilities, WiFi, contents insurance, laundry, car club membership, co-working areas, cinema rooms, social kitchen space (further to that in the flat), gym and events.

There is 24 hour security on site.

Guildford city centre / Guildford train station are both only a few minute walk away.
