Large Double Room Available in a cute old little cottage located in Guildford town centre

You'll be sharing with me (27yo female professional nurse) (I DONT do night shifts!!) Outside of work, I go gym, socialise etc etc I’m looking for another female house mate to get along well and is happy to socialise, while still respecting each other's space xx

LGBTQ+ are always welcome 🩷

Pets are welcome (I don’t have one in the house but would love to welcome one if they are well trained!)

The house has plenty of space both inside and out, including:
*Well-maintained large garden with outdoor sofa seating area!
* Utility room
* Large living room
*large hallway
* garden shed
* Shared kitchen, living and dining area

Is on a main road but there is secondary glazing installed to prevent noise and also netted blind for privacy :)

No parking, sorry:(

• bed frame, bed side lamps, and bed side table in the room (this can be removed if you have your own or you can use these!!)
• bed frame does have a mattress but it’s slightly too big you’re more than welcome to use but not ideal!
• I am buying some curtains once someone rents out the room
