The house is a 5 bedroom house with all students (3 guys and 1 girl at the moment), but one of our flatmates dropped out so we are now looking for a replacement. You must be a student, so that we all benefit from a council tax exemption.
The house has two floors, with a bathroom on each floor. The room for sale is downstairs alongside another bedroom.
The house has a kitchen which includes a stove and washing machine. Within the kitchen space, there is also a conservatory.
We are all familiar with each other, and may also be somewhat loud at times due to how we all own gaming consoles/PCs.
