Double room to rent in Guildford

We have a double room available to rent for one person in a 3 bedroom house in Guildford.

The house is approx a 25 min walk into Guildford town centre and M&S Foodhall and Lidl in Ladymead around a 15–20 minute walk away.

You would be sharing the house with a 25 year old woman who works full time and her mum. The mum works away from home for around two weeks at a time and during her time off is often either at home or abroad so for much of the time it will be a quieter household with the daughter.

We’re both friendly and calm people who like to keep the house clean and tidy. We enjoy a friendly and relaxed household while also giving each other space. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy.

The room is currently occupied by a tenant who has lived here for the past 5 years so some of the furniture currently in the room will not be available. The room will be cleaned and refreshed before the new tenant moves in.

The bathrooms are shared and the living room is not included as part of the shared living space. The kitchen and garden is available for use.
