Lookin for a fourth housemate, GU1 area

Hi there!

A group of us (3) have recently moved into a house right in the centre of Guildford and are looking for someone to join us as a fellow housemate.

The house currently consists of me (1st slide), Ella (2nd) and Jake (3rd).

I graduated from Sheffield University and I’m currently working part time at a cafe. I love nature (recently got into birdwatching!!), community & conservation based volunteering, exercise including tennis, outdoor running and rock climbing. Jake and Ella are both master’s students at the University of Surrey’s Guildford School of Acting. (I will let them give their pitch themselves later!)

We’re all fairly sociable and have our own thing going on but it would be nice to live with someone we can become familiar with (maybe a house dins & movie night or pub trip every now and then).

We’re also super respectful of communal spaces and co-living so we all pitch in with helping around the house.

Our house is a 5 min walk to the station and 10 min walk into the city centre. You’ll have the top floor to yourself with a beauuuutiful fully furnished loft room. We have a good sized kitchen that leads into the living room, a bath, seperate shower and two toilets (ground & first floor). We also have a garden with a patio.
