Spacious central house located 10 minutes from Guildford station, just under 15 minutes from the town centre, and 20 minutes from Surrey University campus (gmaps estimate).
I'll be out of the country from the start of November to the end of December so looking for someone to take the room for this short period. Both the start and end dates are flexible within reason (happy to discuss).
Given the short time, I'd like to keep room largely as seen including leaving the books on the mantle piece etc. I'll completely empty the cupboard and wardrobe but ideally the rest would stay. As such, I'm happy to negotiate the rent, again, within reason.
