Hello! I'm a single, 50+ Christian faith NHS nurse with a much-loved cat. I'm looking for a friendly, mature/responsible professional non-smoker (male or female) to share my relaxed 2-bed, first-floor flat near G Live.
The location: A sought-after spot, walkable into town and just round the corner from London Road station. Restaurants, takeaways, the Co-op and Stoke Park are all on our doorstep.
Your room: Fully furnished with double bed for single occupancy, double AND single wardrobes, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers and TV, hoover, clothes horse (and bedding if required) provided.
Included in the rent: ALL bills, unlimited WiFi, and Netflix and Prime to enjoy.
Optional extra: Weekly or ad-hoc cleaning available at £10, if desired.
Parking: There's one car park space, so a non-car owner is preferred, though street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
My cat: I'm away one weekend a month, so it would be a real help if you don't mind keeping her company then.
