The flat is in a quiet, safe residential pocket of Boxgrove (right next to the primary school). It is perfectly positioned for:
• Easy commuting via the A3 (just a couple of minutes away).
• Walking or taking a quick bus into Guildford Town Centre and London Road Station.
• Professionals working at the nearby Royal Surrey County Hospital or local business parks and Guildford.
