Comfortable, warm and with several features for a property of its age. Exposed old brickwork, amazing old beams and feature fire place (non working).

There are six bedsits in total on the first and second floors. This is on the first floor.

Each bedsit has its own modern shower cubicle with over head shower as well as hand held. Good water pressure. There is a small cooking area with combi microwave/oven, two ring glass electric hob and fridge. Each floor has w. c. with wash hand basin which is shared with the other two tenants on that floor.

There is an excellent large washing/dryer machine in shared area and high speed broadband.

****These bedsits are above the small nightclub Thirty3Hz which is usually open just Friday - Saturday unless a special event. (Some music sound transference in this room when club is open)
it does not disturb present tenant who has lived here for over three years and has not worried previous tenants. The club is generally only open Friday and Saturday nights. Closed January and August.****
