Excellent House share

Sitting room

I have 2 different size fully furnished double bedrooms in extremely good condition, with double bed and wardrobe , in an excellent town centre location.

The house is 2 minutes from the High street, 2 minutes from the bus stop and a 5 minute walk from the train station.

This house would suit both males and females between the ages of 21-39.

The house has two bathrooms, a newly fitted kitchen, dishwasher , washing machine and tumble dryer, and a lovely shared sitting room with dining table and chairs. There is also a large rear garden.

The rooms would suit a post graduate, mature student or working professional, and in particular a clean and tidy person.

There is no parking in this central town centre location.

Council tax Band D is included in rent payments.

Please call me for a viewing.

Kind regards
Jim
