Bright, fully furnished single in one of the nicest areas of Guildford (GU1 postcode) near to the town centre, and redecorated in March 2024. Includes all bills, council tax and WiFi. Plenty of parking available. Very convenient, opposite a deli, butcher, coffee shop and One Stop. An easy 25 min walk into town, or 10 min by bike.

We have a modern and spacious open plan kitchen, a separate utility room and stylish bathrooms.

OUR HOME

The single room has been newly decorated in March 2024, is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

The bathroom has a bath and good quality shower.

We have a large kitchen with microwave, double oven, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, boiling water tap, breakfast bar, dining table and sofa area.

We have a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

GREAT LOCATION

Our house is in Boxgrove, one of the nicest areas in Guildford and also very close to the town centre. It is very well located for rail links to Woking and London, and the A3. It is walking distance to London Road rail station, Stoke Park, Spectrum leisure centre, which are all very close. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into Guildford town centre. We also live a 1 minute walk to the bus stop and local shops in Boxgrove, which include a deli, a butchers and a One Stop.
