I have a lovely fully furnished Double room available in my cozy 2 bed home which is only 4 mins walk from Hackbridge station. It’s a perfect spot with great connections to Victoria, London Bridge , Blackfriars, Farringdon etc and is also only 25 mins walk to Wallington or to Carshalton if you’re up for a stroll.
The house is super close to Beautiful Beddington Park and the neighbourhood is super friendly.
About the room :
It’s fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and dressing table.
Rent includes all bills which include gas, electricity, water, Sky TV, TV Licence, Netflix and Broadband.

It’s cozy but there is enough room for 2 people, with a spacious garden, patio and BBQ perfect for relaxing or having friends over. Property stays cool in the summer, which is a relief when it gets hot and keeps warm in the winter. Fully equipped kitchen and a comfy living room.

I’m a young 43, friendly and easy to get along with . Happy to share cooking . I have a small cat Bobbie so hopefully you’re pet friendly without allergies.
