A clean and cosy small double room with a stylish metal framed bed small wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV (if required) to rent in a newly decorated house with an easy-going host and one other quiet person and 2 CATS Wifi broadband included and all bills.

There are two cats here but they are not allowed in the spare room.

Your bathroom is shared although the other lodger is rarely here and stays in his room a lot. He is so quiet I hardly know he's here. Sometimes we take turns shopping and cooking and we often eat together. . Obviously you can use the washing machine and other kitchen facilities (oven and microwave and space in the fridge/freezer. etc) or we can have cooking facilities in your room ( a kettle and Foreman grill and mini oven) but of course you can use the main kitchen too.

Off street parking, quiet residential road. 15 minutes walk to station or 5 minutes drive and a bus stop just across the road, the bus goes every hour and will take you to Tesco, the station and the main town., train to London Waterloo takes less than an hour and always guaranteed a seat from Haslemere. Haslemere is on the main line to Portsmouth too.

Looking for the right person or possibly a couple of any gender who'll fit with us. We enjoy playing music, guitars, reading, darts, board games, computers, gardening, an occasional festival and the ezy-spa on the patio, bbqs in the summer. All shops and amenities close by short walk to Tesco and M&S and 24 hour garage shop nearby and a nice gastro-pub. There is a Christian church nearby, playing fields and a duck pond and woods.

It's so nice here with the birds singing in the morning, I can't think why you would want to live anywhere else. I am sociable and enjoy a board game in the evening.
