The house is in a well maintained, quiet small private development half a mile outside Haslemere, conveniently located with a 10 minute walk to the town centre and train station. There is a development garden area in front of the house which residents are allowed to make use of.

There is a parking space in front of the house and a shed which could accommodate a bike if required.

I work Monday to Friday and am often away at the weekends. I'm keen to find a tenant who is tidy around the house and respectful.
