Spacious Double Room

Hello!

I have one double bedroom available currently and am looking for a second lodger to move in. I have moved out but still live locally.

The house is on a quiet estate, is a mid terrace property, has a double drive (one parking space available), a private garden (gardener supplied), a kitchen, lounge, dining room, shared bathroom and downstairs WC. The room is a spacious double with a king-size bed, and is well lit with a large window. There are two bedside tables, a large chest of drawers, a built in closet and a tv.

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, and tidy individual to move in - bonus points if you can help with the houseplants!

Regrettably no couples. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis, at an additional monthly cost.
