Double room in a picturesque cottage in the centre of Haslemere, within walking distance of the train station, to share with one (and occasionally) two friendly occupants. Homeowner often in London/travelling.

We are looking for a friendly, easy-going, considerate, clean and tidy housemate in this relaxed home. The living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom and patio/garden (with fab views over the town) are shared. No off-road parking though there is a residential parking permit available to purchase from Waverley Council for parking in the nearby lay-by.

All bills (council tax, utilities and wireless broadband) are included (except for telephone calls from the landline).

As the previously lodgers had their own furnishings, the bedroom is currently unfurnished. However, the bedroom could be furnished very quickly, once the room rental is secured.

Couples also considered at £600.00 per calendar month (with a security deposit of £600.00). Monday - Friday and short-term lodgers also considered.
